If your computer has been affected by flood or water damage most times the data can be recovered.

Follow these steps to give yourself the best chance of getting your photos and documents back.

Step 1:    DO NOT TURN THE COMPUTER ON - if you turn it on with power to it you will more then likely blow the computer, and maybe you, up.

Step 2:    Call immediately to discuss getting us the hard drive/s to us so we can pull the data from them.

Step 3:    Don't let Insurance companies tell you that the computer is not worth doing anything with, most times as long as power was not running thru the system we have a good chance of getting the data off it.

What we do is this. We will chat to you about your computer and determine if it is worth sending to us for flood water data recovery. If so, then we arrange for you to send the drive to us. We can help guide you over the phone on how to extract the hard drive. It is not hard or dangerous at all.

Once we receive it we do our best to retrieve the data from it and we let you know how we went. Any data we do retrieve we put onto CD's for you or USB Flash drives and send the data and hard drive back to you.
